Meet Westerly Isbaih, who represents and promotes her families multi-award-winning ALTO portfolio to the hospitality trade, specialist providores and gourmet food stores.
Born in Australia, Westerly grew up in South East Asia, which instilled in her a deeply rooted passion for all things edible.
After completing her training at Cordon Bleu Westerly worked in the kitchen of a three-hatted Sydney restaurant before joining ALTO Olives, which was established by her father Robert Armstrong in 1999.
Westerly has undertaken professional organoleptic training and participates regularly as a judge for the Australian Olive Association.
Westerly and her family are proud producers, and avid consumers of fresh, tasty, healthy Australian Extra Virgin Olive Oil (AEVOO).
